Prime Patient Transport services  is an independent non emergency secure transport service based in Essex.  Our staff are trained to use verbal de-escalation techniques and to engage with the service user and manage any distress, reassuring them of their safety and security during the transfer. 

We are committed to providing an outstanding level of care bespoke to each service user’s individual needs.  We have a rapid response time and will travel to many destinations throughout the UK. 

We have a team of qualified and experienced professionals  who are passionate about delivering an excellent patient transport service to all our service users.  We follow a person-centered holistic approach to provide and care for each service user as an individual.  We also use an empathetic approach which results in successful transfers.

All staff are DBS checked.

All staff are PMVA trained. Physical  intervention is used only as a last resort.
